Our Values

At Bamford Academy five values guide our community: Respect, Responsibility, Perseverance, Kindness and Acceptance. These values shape how we treat each other, how we learn and how we prepare children for life beyond primary school.

Respect: Regard for the feelings, wishes or rights of others.

Responsibility: Making good choices, and taking accountability for your actions.

Perseverance: Demonstrating determination despite how hard it is or how long it takes to reach the goal.

Kindness: Being nice to other without expecting praise or reward.

Acceptance: Asking questions helps us to understand someone's background and accept a person's differences.
